What to expect from Bethlehem homes
Bethlehem is effectively two cities — North Side, anchored by the Moravian historic district with its 1700s-1800s stone and brick architecture, and South Side, the former Bethlehem Steel neighborhood with dense rows of early 1900s working-class housing. Both sides have been gentrifying at different paces. Neither has the sprawl of Allentown's suburbs.
