What Needed to Change
The existing rear deck and stair area had an older red finish with visible wear across the walking surface, stair edges, and upper landing. The homeowner wanted a cleaner, more durable outdoor space with rebuilt stairs, updated railings, and a covered area for the deck.
How the Finished Space Came Together
Vene Construction rebuilt the deck and stair package with composite/PVC boards, vinyl railings, white risers and fascia, lattice details, and a gazebo built over the deck area. The work included footing, framing, and ledger work, plus permit and inspection coordination and final paint, stain, and seal work.
The Finished Result
The finished project gives the home a cleaner rear outdoor living area with gray deck surfaces, bright vinyl railings, rebuilt stairs, finished skirt details, and a covered gazebo area tied into the deck.
