This West End Theatre District bathroom was taken from an older tub/shower and vanity layout through demo and rebuild into a finished bathroom with a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, large-format marble-look wall tile, built-in niches, mosaic shower floor, gray floor tile, and black fixtures.
The bathroom started with older tile, an older tub/shower area, and surrounding wall and floor sections that had to be opened during demo. The before photos show the room mid-tearout, with the old wet-area finishes removed and the bathroom ready for a more complete rebuild.
Vene Construction rebuilt the visible bathroom scope with a new freestanding tub, a walk-in shower area, large-format marble-look wall tile, built-in niche details, mosaic shower floor tile, gray floor tile, black fixtures, and final finish work around the tub, shower, vanity, window, and wall transitions.
The finished bathroom now reads as one planned room instead of a patched older bath: the freestanding tub, walk-in shower, tile walls, shower niches, gray floor tile, and black fixtures all work together in a cleaner modern layout.
