This Emmaus house had a rear patio and yard area off the back door where the finished deck, stairs, railing, and fascia were not yet in place. Vene Construction built the visible backyard deck package from framed platform to finished outdoor living surface with wood-tone deck boards, black railings, white fascia, white stair risers, and a cleaner connection from the rear door to the yard.

What Needed to Change
The rear of the house had a patio and yard area off the back door, but the photos show the space before a finished deck platform, stair opening, railing, and fascia were in place. The project needed a cleaner outdoor surface and a more finished transition from the rear entry to the yard.
How the Finished Space Came Together
Vene Construction built the visible backyard deck package from framed platform to finished deck surface. The completed scope includes wood-tone deck boards, black railing and posts, a stair opening, white fascia/skirt details, white stair risers, and a cleaner connection between the rear door, patio walk, yard, and seating area.
The Finished Result
The finished backyard has a more usable deck surface off the rear door, a defined railing system, clean white fascia, and a direct stair connection to the yard. The deck now reads as a finished outdoor living area instead of a temporary transition between the house and lawn.
