Whole-Home Renovations

Project Story

This Slatington house renovation covered multiple levels: attic framing, new drywall, painting, and flooring; second-floor flooring and painting; and basement framing, drywall, painting, and tile installation. The photo set shows the project moving from rough attic and basement conditions into finished rooms, painted walls, white trim, recessed lighting, wood-look flooring, and gray basement tile.

The Starting Point

What Needed to Change

The house needed finish work across several levels, not a single-room update. The before and during photos show a rough attic, second-floor rooms with older finishes, an exposed stair area, and a basement that still needed framing, drywall, paint, and a finished floor.

The Solution

How the Finished Space Came Together

Vene Construction completed a multi-level renovation scope: attic framing, drywall, painting, and flooring; second-floor painting and flooring; stair-area finish work; and basement framing, drywall finishing, painting, trim, recessed lighting, and tile floor installation.

The Finished Result

The finished house now has usable, cleaner interior spaces across the second floor and basement. Light wall paint, white trim, recessed lighting, wood-look flooring upstairs, and gray tile in the basement give the renovation a more complete and consistent finish.
