Project Story

This Hellertown house had a poolside patio area where the new deck needed to sit cleanly between the rear entry, existing pool edge, fence, lawn, and patio surfaces. Vene Construction built a low poolside deck platform with stairs, black railing, white fascia and trim, and finished brown deck boards.

The Starting Point

The rear poolside area needed a cleaner finished surface and more defined edge treatment around the patio and pool circulation area. The before photos show the patio surface and layout area before the finished deck boards, stairs, fascia, and railings were installed.

The Solution

Vene Construction built a low poolside deck platform with a stair connection, black railing system, white fascia and trim, and finished brown deck boards. The visible scope focused on the deck and railing package, with the existing pool, concrete, fencing, and yard areas retained.

Finished Result

The finished backyard has a more intentional poolside walking surface, a defined deck edge, black railing, clean white trim, and a better transition between the rear door, patio, lawn, and pool area.
